DNA of Shigella species was also prevalent in SF samples as demonstrated previously in ST samples [ 15], but it was more frequently detected in SF samples (five ReA, eight UA, two RA, and three OA in SF vs two ReA, four UA, two RA, and one OA in ST samples).
