DNA of Shigella species was also prevalent in SF samples as demonstrated previously in ST samples [ 15], but it was more frequently detected in SF samples (five ReA, eight UA, two RA, and three OA in SF vs two ReA, four UA, two RA, and one OA in ST samples).
In contrast, IFN-γ was detected in five patients with early non-rheumatoid persistent disease (one PsA, one ulcerative colitis related arthritis and three unclassified) and in three patients with early self-limiting disease (two ReA and one unclassified; Fig. 1).
Thus, it isn‟t a fourth substance; nor is it a fourth divine person, as it isn't, like each of the three, a form- quasi- matter compound, but only something analogous to a lump oform- quasi- matter which constitutes each oform- quasi- matter09, 420; Rea 2011, secompound.
For example, DNA from the candidate division OP10 bacterium was detected in three ReA patients and four UA patients, but not in control group.
In our study, we detected S. sonnei DNA in five ReA patients presenting with an urogenital infection, which is consistent with the possibility that this species could be related to sexual transmission.
Thus, the Shigella flexneri sequences were not detected in any of the SF samples whereas S. sonnei 16 rDNA sequences were detected more frequently in SF samples of five ReA and five UA patients as compared with the ST samples of one ReA and one UA patient [ 15].
E. coli DNA was detected in synovial samples from several patients (three with ReA, eight with UA, three with RA and two with OA).
Four REA-PFGE types were observed among the 10 C. albicans isolates from group 3, the hospital in Szczecin (Table 1).
