Structurally, MRP4 is composed of a typical ABC transporter core consisting of two NBDs and two MSDs, each MSD with six TMDs [11], [93], [94].
The two groups consisted of (1) those patients with two or fewer (including current) MSDs (single detoxification group; SDTx, n = 17); and (2) those patients with more than two MSDs (multiple detoxification group; MDTx, n = 12).
Similar to MRP1, MRP2, MRP3, and MRP6, MRP7 has three MSDs and two NBDs.
MRP6 consists of three MSDs with five, six, and six TMDs, respectively, as well as two conserved NBDs.
In particular, MRP7 consists of three MSDs and two NBDs and is ubiquitously expressed within the body.
The A. aegypti and N. vitripennis genomes have more than one thousand mSDs whereas the T. castenium genome has only seven mSDs (Table 4) indicating that microsatellite anchored segmental duplications may be determined by species specific evolutionary processes.
Of these, 35% had one, 24% had two, 17% had three, 11% had four, 7% had five and 6% had from six to ten MSDs.
They have presented an algorithm for thresholding such as zero MSD events to be classified as frame freeze events or the absence of it.
However, the blind frame freeze detection system proposed in[74] claims to outperform the model[72] in terms of precision of correctly signaling a zero MSD event as a frame freeze event or not.
Structurally, MRP1 differs from P-gp in that it has an extra MSD, named MSD0, with five transmembrane (TM) helices, and two other MSDs, each having six TM helices with two NBDs in between [23], [24].
The risk factor was bullying, while the outcome variables were four specific MSDs of the low back, upper back, neck, and shoulders.
