∼60% 1K2N cells contained only one FPC, while ∼40% contained two FPCs, suggesting an inhibition of new FPC formation in TbLRRP1-RNAi cells (Fig. 8C E).
In cells with two FPCs, the duplicated FPCs remained unsegregated (Fig. 8C, right panel; Fig. S2B).
