Thus, it is encouraging to observe that most inferred positions throughout the LRR domain of orthologous GALAs coincide with those inferred in individual LRR repeats analysis on groups of GALA orthologues.
Furthermore, we observed that most inferred locations of the trunk nodes in HA and NA trees were the Hong Kong SAR or the Guangdong province, implying that these two places might be responsible for the wide spread of the H9N2 viruses.
