Subject to the provisions of Section 7 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, all members of the Board may be compensated and shall be entitled to reimbursement from the Department for traveling expenses incurred in attendance at meetings of the Board.
The terms of the arrangement may include equity participation by the University in a commercial organization subject to the provision in section C1 above.
In subsection (a), the words "subject to the provisions of section 741 of Title 50" are omitted as surplusage.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, the author of a protected work is the first owner of any copyright in that work unless there is an agreement to the contrary.
