Many lost cats enter a cat colony (a group of cats living together, as in nature) that is being fed by a neighbor who leaves food out, or a local rescue person who has secret feeding locations for feral cats.
But there is no such formula for blending the top-secret feeds, beer, massages and tender-loving care that go into the raising of Matsuzaka cows.
