It can be used informally in spoken English, but it is not grammatically correct. Instead, you can use "quite a lot" or "a fair amount" to express a large quantity. Example: "I didn't eat quite a lot for breakfast this morning, so I'm pretty hungry now." or "She has a fair amount of experience in marketing, so she will be a great asset to our team."
