"on the same schedule" is a perfectly correct and usable phrase in written English. It can be used to indicate that two or more activities or tasks are occurring at the same time or on the same timeline. For example, "My sister and I usually take our vacations on the same schedule so we can spend time together.".
It's a perfect game for a world in which no one does anything on the same schedule — a world that is, to use the industry lingo, increasingly "asynchronous".
