The respondents were asked to select their level of importance ("not a motivation", "minimally important", "moderately important", "important" and "very important") for six motivations.
These results clearly suggest that there are six very important descriptors and six moderately important ones while the others are of small importance and that the group of most important variables is not interchangeable since they have a clear difference in the quantity increased in prediction error.
The scales range from 1 (not important) through 2 (slightly important), 3 (moderately important), 4 (very important) to 5 (extremely important) for the importance ratings and in the same format from 1 (dissatisfied) through 2 (slightly dissatisfied), 3 (slightly satisfied), 4 (moderately satisfied) to 5 (very satisfied) for the satisfaction ratings.
Rating 1 is the lowest score and describes the factor as "equally important" with regard to the overall goal (Table 1), followed by moderately important by Rating 2 and important by Rating 3. Very important and extremely importance are represented by Ratings 4 and 5, respectively.
What if most fiction - which, yes, we all do and should love - is at best moderately important?
As a young adult I was living in rural North Queensland, working at TAFE and having a fling with a moderately important, intelligent public servant.
Slightly more than half of those surveyed ranked "ensuring adequate compensation" as very important or moderately important.
Saxony has a moderately important tourist industry focused in particular on the scenic Ore Mountains, Leipzig, the scenic Elbe River valley and Saxon Switzerland, and Dresden.
The employment report is also considered only a moderately important predictor of future economic data, because it can be more of a lagging than a leading indicator.
But in the council's opinion these moderately important benefits did not arise because businesses generated acceptable returns for their owners; they arose despite that fact.
