VLC has many applications in indoor lighting used for home and office environments and in outdoor lighting for vehicular environment.
The experimental and analytical results prove that novel CMF material can be the solution for the pressing need for effective light-weight vehicular armors.
An overarching challenge in associated research and development is to devise material/system architectures which satisfy all requirements for viability in a particular application area, such as light-duty vehicular transportation.
