The customer-centric sustainability (CCS) stems from the stakeholder perspective wherein firms integrate stakeholder expectations into their business actions and thereby resolve different perspectives on sustainability issues and outcomes (Kozlowski et al. 2012).
However, with greater meal variety (e.g., at a buffet or in a multi-component meal), the task of integrating separate expectations becomes increasingly complex.
