I still use the ISI inspector's excellent English resources in my lessons.

In one instance, my senior (female, middle aged) mentor pointed out that the boys in my lessons were contributing a lot more than the girls.

My changeable personality means I also have a very wide range of interests and in my lessons we discuss geography, history, literature, philosophy, science and politics.
