UNICEF provides support to the MoH of Ukraine in implementing the sector program Support of Infant Breastfeeding in Ukraine for 2006-2010 whose main task is to lower disease incidence among newborns, to increase a level of exclusive breastfeeding and implementation of the Expanded Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative.
It will also need to implement the public sector cuts announced by President Jonathan on Dec. 8, including a 25percentt reduction in civil servant pay.
The environmental actions implemented over the sector were focused on the energy conservation throughout their lifecycle.
This price surge prompted the government to suspend in 2000 the application of the oil price indexation system, which had been implemented since the sector's liberalization in 1995, and to replace it with a fixed price mechanism in which the State bears the difference between cost prices and consumer prices.
The main justification for their conclusion is that no other major new initiatives have been implemented in the sector that could explain this progress.
The performance of the agricultural sector in Jamaica has been influenced over the past decade by a number of macroeconomic variables as well as the extensive trade liberalization programmes that have been implemented in the sector and in the wider economy.
The financial support necessary for implementing the residential sector housing renovation processes is 60.6 million EUR per year in the case of 1 Sc.
Therefore, sector adjustments have been implemented to keep the sector classification consistent over time, and the adjustment procedures are listed in appendix (Tables 9, 10 for the result of adjustments).

The education sector has been allocated more than the other MGDS Key Priority Areas and it will enable the sector implement planned activities such as the construction of 2,000 classrooms, 1,000 teacher houses and 3 teachers training colleges, rehabilitation of secondary schools and technical colleges.
