When I worked in [a different branch] before I moved to London, I was victimised for wearing makeup – even though I wore the bare minimum".
I was captain, the one people look up to, and I got victimised to a degree.
"It's interesting, that particular thing, and I don't want to acknowledge or not acknowledge anything, because in no way do I feel victimised by my choices so it really was… [Russell] didn't necessarily make me cry: I cried," she says, sitting up a little straighter.
