In a World War I poster from Bulgaria ($4,200), Woodrow Wilson is depicted cutting the shackles on a chained damsel representing Israel.
Dressed in red, white and blue, she mimics Uncle Sam in the famous World War I poster by James Montgomery Flagg, though with considerably more décolletage in evidence.
"E Pluribus Venom" highlights many of his common themes, including the antiwar posters "Greetings From Iraq: Enjoy a Cheap Holiday in Other People's Misery" and "Obey Bayonets," which combines silhouetted bayonets (borrowed from a well-known British World War I poster) with a peace sign in a flower collaged on top.
