"I ever" is not a complete sentence and is not grammatically correct.
It is missing a verb and does not make sense on its own. However, "I ever" can be used as part of a sentence, such as "I ever wanted" or "I ever saw." In these cases, "ever" is being used as an adverb to modify the verb that follows it. Example: "I ever wanted to travel the world, but I never had the opportunity to do so."
