"I am moved" is a correct sentence in written English. You can use it to express that you are emotionally moved and/or affected by something. For example, "I am moved by the courage of the survivors".
Having recently viewed a very moving video posted on YouTube, I am moved to share an awareness that arose in me as I watched.
Well I am moved.
I am moved to tears.
I am moved and I am saddened.
Personally, I am moved by their industry.
But I am moved by the negotiation of vulnerability.
