"I, too" is a correct and usable phrase in written English
It can be used in a sentence to emphasize that the speaker shares a similar experience or feeling as someone else. For example: "John went through a difficult time during his divorce. I, too, went through a similar situation last year." In this example, "I, too" is used to convey that the speaker can relate to John's experience. "I, too, am excited about the new project that our team will be working on." Here, "I, too" is used to express the speaker's agreement or enthusiasm about the project, similar to someone else's statement.
