In this season's first episode, "Alligator Man," an alligator belonging to Earn's uncle Willy crawls out a screen door to the swelling tones of the Delfonics song "Hey Love".

After an instrumental introduction, Ms. Flanigan came out and offered Mary Rodgers's "Hey, Love" (1996), immediately followed by Cécile Chaminade's "Villanelle," written about 90 years earlier.
