This condition fits our previous findings on DNL4 involvement [11], [19] and suggests further that additional enzymes, engaged in the process, either do not require ions for their activity or have requirements similar to DNL4 in this regard.
Sixteen other states have requirements.
"Some authors have requirements," Ms. Lawton said.
Also, some states and localities have requirements even when federal law does not.
"Some of these older policies have requirements that most states don't allow today," Ms. Burns said.
"The Stafford Act does have requirements that cause projects to be held up in red tape," Ms. Morgan said.
"The tax credit is about jobs and bringing productions to the city, but look, if we give incentives to a corporation … we frequently have requirements," Burns said.

One might guess that heavily trafficked Web sites — especially those that provide access to users' financial information — would have requirements for strong passwords.
