In this study, every endpoint was well defined, with documented sources and data curated from the publicly available PHYSPROP database [53 55].

During these visits, the following elements will be reviewed: protection and safety, compliance with the protocol of the research, the procedures defined and regulations in force, quality of data collected in case report forms (accuracy, missing data, data consistency with the source documents (medical records, appointment books, original laboratory results, etc)).
For each simulation cycle, the models used in program representation, parameter settings (literature-derived and assumption-based), and data sources are documented together with outcomes.

Despite this partiality and imperfection, data generated by public bodies can be the best source of information we have on a given topic and can be augmented with other data sources, documents and external expertise.
