Richard Wiebe, a spokesman for the Assn. of California Life and Health Insurance Companies, said insurers are reviewing the proposed regulations and preparing comments for official review.
City planners will have a draft of the City Hall's official comment letter for review at the Dec. 14 City Council meeting.

The mean score for each question and each respondent was computed, and comments were tabulated for review by our research team.
Specific comments regarding criteria for review included: " grade 3 or 4 injury"; " early if skin loss looks likely"; and " large area of extravasation, discolouration, and ulceration".
Or it may mean the Court thinks it would be technically difficult for platforms to hold comments for pre-publication review, and it wants to give at least some temporal window for compliance.
