When the combination of SNP-420 and SNP-358 genotypes was analyzed, all subjects having the A/A genotype of SNP-358 also had the G/G genotype of SNP-420, and showed the highest plasma resistin levels (ANOVA, P<0.001, and Scheffe, P<0.001 compared to subjects with each of the other genotypes)(Table 3).
