A study of Lilico et al. in a population-based sample of Canadian youth shows that the prevalence of eating meals with an adult family member is lower and the prevalence of eating away from home in a fast-food restaurant is higher among 9 12 grade pupils compared to 5-8 grade pupils [ 44].
