These technical elements may be particularly important for the S2S timescale.
The project should allow us to connect with this group to work on model improvement at the S2S timescale.

If you look at how long these transitions take, they're typically measured in decade-long windows of time and if you go back to the 2G to 3G or 3G to 4G timescales they're typically 10+ years.
