Five main themes were developed: 1) Diagnosis; 2) Professional perspectives on living with CFS/ME; 3) Interventions for treatment and management; 4) Professional values and support for people with CFS/ME and their families; 5) Health professional roles and working practices.
At 19, after 3 years at the Royal Academy of Music, he found himself directing 2 professional orchestras--the 80 member Bournemouth Symphony and the smaller Bournemouth Sinfonietta.
There are only five known Occidentals in the country: 2 radio technicians, and 2 professional engineers; the fifth is "the British trade Consul at Gyangrse, who intends to leave as soon as arrangements are complete".
The best players can make serious money (see table 3), but Shawn Simon, an American "StarCraft 2" professional, reckons that, even outside that elite, "StarCraft 2" alone probably provides a living for about 100 players worldwide.
Members include 16 doctors, 2 dentists, 3 nurses, 2 veterinarians, a psychologist, 4 ministers, 38 former mayors, 10 former Congressional pages, 5 accountants, 3 physicists, 2 radio talk show hosts, 2 vintners, 2 professional musicians and a casino dealer.
