We compared one Tier 1 and five Tier 2 datasets of forest carbon stocks in Mato Grosso (Table 2).
The other 2 datasets stand instead for standard tomographic experiments with medium (Standard) and large size (Highres) sensors.
A total of 390 data samples, divided into 2 datasets; namely, training and testing data, were used for the classification task.
Among the downregulated L/R pairs were genes involved in angiogenesis (ANGPTL1/TEK, 2 datasets; VEGF/FLT1, 2 datasets) and growth pathways (BMP2/BMPR1A, 2 data sets; FGF13/FGFR2, 2 datasets).
Among the L/R pairs upregulated in tumor samples were genes involved in: chemokine pathways (CCL13/CCR1, 2 datasets), growth pathways (INHBB/ACVR1, 4 datasets; TGFA/EGFR, 2 datasets; TNC/ANXA2, 4 datasets), and motility and adhesion (PLAU/PLAUR, 2 datasets; SEMA3F/NRP2, 4 data sets; SPP1/ITGAV, 3 datasets; SPP1/CD44, 3 datasets; SPP1/ITGA9, 2 datasets).
These 2 datasets were condensed to 82,872 terms for 12,133 transcripts after accounting for redundancy between datasets.
Collectively, the 2 datasets provide information on 76 oxylipins, 12 acyl-ethanolamide, 6 mono acyl-glycerols, and 2 N-acyl glycines.
