A second-generation colon capsule endoscopy system (PillCam Colon 2) (CCE-2) was developed to increase sensitivity for colorectal polyp detection compared with the first-generation system.
Therefore, PDCCH power is wasted mostly on users consuming 8, 4, or even 2 CCEs. Figure 9 CDF of utilization rate of PDCCH CCE and power per TTI (Macro Case 3).
Fifteen detoxification genes, including 2 CCEs, 6 GSTs, and 7 P450s, were expressed at higher levels in the resistant strain.
A total of 15 detoxification genes were expressed at higher levels in the SG strain, including 2 CCEs, 6 GSTs, and 7 P450s (Table 4).
Among the upregulated contigs, we identified 4 CCEs, 3 CYPs, 3 GSTs, 3 ABCs, 4 UGTs, 2 lipocalins and 2 Major Facilitator Superfamily genes while 1 CYP, 2 CCEs, 1 GST, 2 ABCs and 2 IDRCDs were downregulated (Fig. 8, Additional file 17).
In larvae, 18 genes (15 CYPs, 1 GST and 2 CCEs) were found significantly differentially transcribed between the insecticide-resistant strain Vauclin and the susceptible strain Bora-Bora.
Suffolk County CCE has trained more than 150 CCE educators in how to facilitate this program in their own counties.
We, along with James Kim (a 2017 CCE summer intern), who joined us as an undergrad, performed outreach with the Ithaca Youth Bureau and designed and delivered a curriculum for 4-H camps and middle-schools.
