Total intervention time of both 'minimal intervention programs' was limited to 14 sessions of 5 to 10 minutes, over a period of 12 weeks (1st trial) or 8 weeks (2nd trial).
RTDMAX did not present significant increases (1st trial: 1306 ± 308 N ·m ·s−1 versus 2nd trial: 1307 ± 292 N ·m ·s−1).
The mean initial position was off the mark by 0.86 ± 0.12 mm, but after 8 exercises the deviation was reduced to 0.54 ± 0.06 mm (t = 2.247, P = 0.0310 versus the 1st trial).

An important, surprising feature of learning curves was on the 1st trial of the second day (trial 7) of active place avoidance testing (Figure 2C).
The results of the 2nd and 3rd trials are compared with outcomes of the 1st trial to determine how team size and information sharing system among sub-team members may affect the consequences, respectively.
We used the same techniques to improve response rate to this second trial as in the 1st trial except for the use of an incentive.
