P* are the nominal (true) values, P(1) the values based on the 1st data set, P(1)+(2) based on the 1st, 2nd data sets together, P(1)+(2)+(3) based on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd data sets, P(1)+…+(4) based on the 1st to 4th data sets, and P(1)+…+(5) based on the 5 data sets, respectively.
That is, the percentages of blocks rotated, to 1° are summed up and tabulated in the 1st data row, the percentages of blocks rotated, to 2° are summed up and tabulated in the 2nd data row, and so on.
1st data file: Scores were provided out of 5 for questions i-vii (1=strongly disagree; 5=strongly agree), whilst the overall score for each section was given out of 10 (1 being poor and 10 being excellent).
The complete sets of numerical parameters were stored as following: a) read-only spreadsheet files, whose length was limited to 2 h each one because of technical reasons; b) daily spreadsheet files (1st data string of minute); c) binary files (waveform storage) with circular buffering in 48 h cycles (max. length).
This effect was observed at day 4th (Fig 1 A,B) after treatment whereas no effect was found at day 1st (data not shown).
Figure 1A (upper panel) shows the angles between the columns of the state sensitivity matrix by fitting to the 1st data set.
