Sequences and alignments with low quality were filtered using Picard68 tools (ver. 2.7.1) and GATK66 software (ver. 3.6 and 3.7), and 734,443 SNP markers in the strains were identified.
Concerning the genome assemblies of H. axyridis, we used minimap262 (ver. 2.9) and PBjelly63 (ver. PBSuite_15.8.24) software to fill gaps around the pannier locus.
SNP site identification was conducted basically according to the GATK Best Practice66 (ver. August 7, 2015).
