16, 17 The charge transfer from FeCl3 to graphene modifies the Raman spectra of FLGs in two distinctive ways: 13, 14, 19 an upshift of the G-band and a change of the 2D-band from multi- to single-peak structure, respectively (see Figure 1a).
Another bulletin dated Sept. 2 advised dealers to reprogram the module on the 2011 Fiesta if consumers complained about "hesitation when accelerating from a low speed after coast down, harsh or late 1-2 upsharsh harshiftinging during low-speed tip-in or tip-out maneuvers and/or engine r.p.m. flare when coasting to a stop".
L1 upshift experiments revealed that mex-1 worms produced either small broods or were sterile (Table 4).
Growth of these bands is accompanied by the appearance of a shoulder at 1640 cm 1, which can be attributed to ν10 for 6cLS heme, and a 2 cm–1 upshift in the frequency of ν4 (not shown), both indicating growth in the population of 6cLS heme.
In fact, H135A exhibits a ∼25 nm blue shift relative to wild-type SRI (data not shown), which is reflected in the M-minus-SRI difference FTIR spectra of H135A as the ∼8 cm–1 upshift of the C=C stretching modes (1519 from 1511 cm 1) compared to that of the wild type, in agreement with the empirical inverse correlation of the λmax and the frequency of the C=C stretching vibrational mode.
Increased levels of E-Syt2 led to a significant inhibition of Pak1 activation by Cdc42(L61) or Rac(L61), as judged by autophosphorylation of PAK1 (upshift in figure) and by PAK1 catalytic activity in trans (Fig. 3c,d; supplementary material Fig. S3b,c).
In animals with touch neuron specific deletion of tac-1, the PLM axon developed normally, but axon regrowth was impaired to a degree similar to tac-1 lf) tac-1 lfafter L1 upshift, indicating that TAC-1 functions cell autonomutantsin PLM afterregrowth.
The rsa-1 mutant was fast-acting for many of the phenotypes (Fig. 3C and Table 3), and L1 larval upshift resulted in sterile adults (Table 4).
We find that 62% of the mutants display additional phenotypes when shifted to the restrictive temperature as L1 larvae, in addition to causing embryonic lethality after L4 upshifts.
A 3-hour upshift after 680 minutes of development produced no supernumerary IPC NBs; hence, the end of the competence period for pPIm cells to take the IPC NB fate occurs at 500 minutes of development, corresponding to the end of stage 12, when the IPC NB first expresses Dac.
The slopes of p2 and p3 peaks also appeared to be close to the dispersion of single-layer graphene 2D band, with average frequency downshift for p2 peak about 36 cm−1 and the upshift for p3 peak about 26 cm−1.
