The corresponding factors by which the maximum measured sample concentrations exceed the SL and LSL threshold concentrations were 2,100 and 90 for carcinogenic PAHs, 800 and 100 for Pb, 760 and 76 for Hg, 211 and 33 for ∑16 PAHs, 107 and 54 for TBT, 40 and 20 for Zn, and 36 and 1.2 for Cd.
The maximum concentrations were 7,700 for Cu, 10,200, for Zn, 40,100 for Pb, 188 for Hg, 18 for Cd, 107 for TBT, 630 for carcinogenic PAHs, 1,480 for ∑16 PAHs, and 3.8 mg/kg DW for ∑7 PCB; all 10 2,000 higher than the Swedish environmental qualitative guidelines.
The apparent Km increased 2- and 3-fold upon incubation with 2 μM and 3 μM TBT (62 ± 17 nM for the control compared with 137 ± 24 nM and 197 ± 33 nM for treated samples, respectively), whereas Vmax decreased slightly (2.14 ± 0.32 nmol × h−1 × mg−1 for the control compared with 1.66 ± 0.40 nmol × h−1 × mg−1 and 1.48 ± 0.48 nmol × h−1 × mg−1 for treated samples, respectively).
Alternatively, for microwave-based retrieval, leave the sections in buffer to cool for 20 min. (8) Wash sections in 10 mM TbT, pH7.5 for 5 min. (9) Block for endogenous peroxidase (Dako, S2023) for 5 min. For human tissue incubate in BLOXALL blocking solution for 5 min. (10) Wash sections in TbT 5 min. (11) Apply LC3 antibody (1 100 in primary antibody diluent) for 45 min at room temperature.

The second exposure consisted of nominal concentrations of 300 μg/L FAD, 1.5 μg/L TBT, 7.5 μg/L DDT, 50 μg/L FAD with 7.5 μg/L DDT, 300 μg/L FAD with 7.5 μg/L DDT, and 1.5 μg/L TBT with 7.5 μg/L DDT.

TBT and TPhT were investigated at only 17 and 13 sites, respectively, in other words, about half the sites, with a mean of 7 (TBT) and 8 (TPhT) samples per site and a variation between 1 and 30 samples.
The activity and expression of lysozyme and the content of immunoglobulin M were significantly decreased compared to those of the fish exposed to 0 ng L−1 TBT (p<0.05).
So for 2009 I am recommending a position in ProShares UltraShort 20+ Year Treasury (48, TBT).
