Assessment tools were Criteria for Project-based Learning and 21st Century Learning Designs (21CLD) Rubrics introduced by APEID/ICT in Education Team of UNESCO Bangkok.

The rating process is still vague and teachers have been criticized for basing assessment on their overall impression (Lumley, 2002) Even though previous studies have found using a rubric adds more confidence in a teacher's rating (Silvestri & Oescher, 2006), rubrics themselves have been criticized for inconsistent criteria descriptors and vague language (Tierney & Simon, 2004).

The net result of this process is that we wind up with either 1) complex and time-consuming rubrics that generate results at least as variable as the more holistic, subjective assessments they replaced, or 2) rubrics comprised of the kinds of concrete yet meaningless criteria that can be consistently assessed and quantified by any half-functional idiot or semi-intelligent machine.
We defined chronic conditions using ICPC-2, of which 129 rubrics were classified as chronic conditions [ 26].
Any analysis at the level of ICPC-2 rubrics, however, would need to take this into account.
The chronic health problems of interest were drawn from the 147 International Classification of Primary Care, Second edition (ICPC-2) rubrics list gathered by the Family Medicine Research Centre, University of Sydney.
Due to their greater specificity, we classified the ICPC-2 Plus terms (rather than the broader ICPC-2 rubrics) to the Level 3 categories.
