We observed similar suppression of these ptrn-1 phenotypes in a pmk-3 ok169 pmk-3 ok1695597) double mutant, corroborating the role for the dlk-1 ptrn-1 tm5597diating ptrn-1 tm5597M commissure formation andoubleocalization defects.
While abnormal lateral extension of ALM and PLM neurites occurs in a variety of mutants (Kirszenblat et al., 2013; Mohamed et al., 2012; Topalidou et al., 2012; Tulgren et al., 2011), the Ptrn-1 PLM phenotype, where overextended neurites migrate to the ventral nerve cord just anterior to the vulva has only been found in mutants that undergo neurite remodeling.
