The selected stimuli divided the pleasure-arousal 2D space by naturally forming four groups of pictures: pleasant and high arousing (PHA), 1 pleasant and low arousing (PLA), 2 unpleasant and high arousing (UHA), 3 and unpleasant and low arousing (ULA).
