The lack of Fbxl11 resulted in downregulation of the Polycomb group protein (PcG) Ezh2, PcG mediated H2A ubiquitination and upregulation of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21Cip1.
This test was carried out for both relevance measures (linear correlation and symmetrical uncertainty), both methods of dimensionality reduction (PCA and PLS), and for scenarios 1 and 2 (PCG: Figures 7A,B; EEG: Figures 7C,D) using Algorithm 1.

In addition, production of PcG proteins appears to be sensitive to cytokines: in the majority of human HCC samples, activation of JNK1 (a kinase that can be activated by cytokines) correlated with the increase of EZH2 PcG proteins [ 125].
