The Δtul- 1; nca- 1- sGFP and Δ tul- 1; vpsGFP strainsrains were constructed by transforming a his- 3; Δ tul- 1 strain with the plasmids nca- 1- sGFP and vps52- sGFP [ 39], respectively.
