There were six groups: (1) 0 Gy; (2) Photons; (3) Protons; (4) LDR; (5) LDR + Photons; and (6) LDR + Protons.
Further GO analyses of the LDR gene expression response against PANTHER pathways revealed that the p53 pathway was found to be significantly affected at all doses (LDR 0.56Gy, p-value 5.0 × 10-4; LDR 2.23 Gy, p-value 4.8 × 10-5; and LDR 4.45 Gy, 1.5 × 10-5).
The intragrader correlation coefficients (ICCs) for each parameter were as follows: LDRv 0.80, arteriolar LDR 0.84, STv 0.81, arteriolar ST 0.96, CRAE 0.79, CRVE 0.89, arteriolar branching angle 0.65, and venular branching angle 0.4.

The maximum 240 (LDR analog value = 962) is the value read from the photo-resistor sensor at sunset.
To compare different methods, we select 3 LDR images out of the 17 images, with exposure times 1/800, 1/200, 1/25 s.
In this section, the results of the proposed technique has been compared to the existing state-of-the-art image enhancement techniques, namely HE [2], AEHS [19], CVC [25], LDR [24], WAHE [16], CACD [17], AGCWD [9], and RSWHE [8].
