The FcγRI family contains four different isoforms (Ia, Ib1, Ib2 and Ic), the FcγRII group comprises six proteins (IIa1, IIa2, IIb1, IIb2, IIb3 and IIc), and the FcγRIII group two (IIIa and IIIb).
Three members were found in subgroup IIa, 8 in IIb, 16 in IIc, 6 in IId and 6 in IIe.
As shown in Table 1, there were 4 IIb and 3 IIc macroscopic types in accordance with the Paris endoscopic classification [ 15].
Biased samples in the highest gene flow regime (Table 2: IIc, IIIc) did reflect the observed divergence between African and indicine populations.

A 49 year old Caucasian woman with a ductal carcinoma of the right breast (pT2N1, ER+, PgR+, HER2+ IIC, Ki 6770% %), after external quadrantectomy, received sequential adjuvant treatment of adriamycin and cyclophosphamide for four cycles, as well as four cycles of docetaxel and trastuzumab, and radiation on the residual mammary gland.
His cancer was pT4b (skin), pN0, cM0, stage IIC disease, according to the seventh edition of the TNM classification [3].
Tumor stage was stage II in 74 patients (IIA in 49, IIB in 21, and IIC in 4) and stage III in 423 patients (IIIA in 39, IIIB in 273, and IIIC in 111).
Tumour stage was stage II in 78 patients (IIA in 53, IIB in 21, and IIC in 4) and stage III in 443 patients (IIIA in 39, IIIB in 289, and IIIC in 115).
