DECAFF [ 23], SWEMODE [ 24] or STM [ 25], for example, were developed to predict protein complexes [ 26] incorporating graph annotations, whereas others such as DMSP [ 27], GFA [ 28] and MATISSE [ 29] were focused on gene-expression data.
Compared with the other earlier study (Khan et al., 2012), the majority of the drugs in 6 of the 11 GFA components matched a corresponding structure-response subcomponent of Khan et al., (2012), again indicating conformance to known results.

The minimization of the Ackley's function took slightly more epochs with the GFA (97) than with the GA (92).
