So far, only low-resolution cryo-EM structures were available for the mycobacterial ribosomes; M. smegmatis 70S, 12 Å (FSC = 0.5 criterion) (Shasmal and Sengupta, 2012) and the M. tuberculosis 50S, 8.5 Å (FSC = 0.143 criterion) (Li et al., 2015).
Ras85D− FSC clone in panel A has disrupted Dlg localization whereas in the Ras85D− FSC clone in panel B Dlg localization is not disrupted.
It is more common to assay for FSC clone frequencies at 7, 14, and 21 dpci, but because Egfr f24 FSC clones were extremely rare at late time points we chose this earlier set of time points.
The accuracy of the ANN Landsat based FSC is characterized by: (1) very low error values (mean error ~ 0.0002; RMSE ~ 0.10; MAE ~ 0.08 FSC), (2) high correlation with the ground equivalent reference datasets derived from 1 m resolution IKONOS images (r2 ~ 0.9), and (3) robust FSC estimation that is independent of terrain/vegetation alpine heterogeneity.
According to the ARDRA gel profiles, 44 (FSC) and 33 (APD) strains were classified into 17 and 12 restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) types, respectively.

Furthermore, for the +2nd FSC, the trough with minimum value indicates the circumferential location of the damage and the difference between the lowest trough value and the values of the other three troughs represents the severity of the local damage.
The resolution of the cryo-EM reconstruction was estimated by Fourier shell correlation to be 18.5Å using the 0.5 FSC criteria.
The resolution of the final reconstructions was estimated to be around 14 Å from the Fourier shell correlation function obtained by comparing two reconstructions, generated by splitting randomly the data set in half and according to the 0.5 cut-off in the Fourier shell correlation curve (0.5 FSC criterion [28]).
These FSC curves were used to estimate the SNR of a resolution shell (k) (Grigorieff, 2000): (2) SNR (k ) = 2 FSC (k ) 1 − FSC (k ).
