The other identifiable volatile compounds were aldehydes (14.3%%), carboxylic acids (12.2 %), monoterpenes (8.2%%), alcohols (8.2%%), hydrocarbons (6.1 %), esters (4.1 %), norisoprenoids (4.1 %) and other sesquiterpenoids (2 %).
