This was significantly lower than that seen in HER2-negative breast cancer (16 : 1; P=0.046), HER2-positive EBC patients (30 : 1; P=0.017) and also HER2-positive MBC patients (40 : 1; P=0.0140.
Some studies showed detectable levels of the LT B4, C4, D4, E4, and F4 in EBC of normal and asthmatic subjects [ 72, 73], especially EBC C4, D4, and E4 in patients with moderate and severe asthma [ 73] with close correlation with disease severity [ 74], but no correlation with pulmonary function tests [ 74].
