We have used the TOMCAT/SLIMCAT off-line three-dimensional (3D) CTM to calculate the impact of the Montreal Protocol on stratospheric ozone33.

Both Mrc1+ cTM subsets (Mrc1+GFPhi and Mrc1+GFPlo) had extensive macropinocytic activity (Fig. 2F), whereas no dextran uptake was detectable in Mrc1−GFPhi cTMs or non-cTMs (Fig. 2F).
Differences in gene expression between the two Mrc1+ cTM subsets are consistent with diminished responses of Mrc1+GFPlo cTMs to tissue damage, suggesting that they are less sensitive to inflammatory stimuli with reduced contribution to the extracellular milieu [ 21, 22].
Factor analysis of the 15 CTM items based on the three-point scale showed similar factor structures (data not shown).

Primer sequences used in qRT-PCR gene expression analysis are listed in Supplemental Table 3. MrcTM cTM subsets (CD45+CD11b+Mrc1+GFPhi and CD45+CD11b+Mrc1+ GFPlo) were isolated by FACS (as described above).
A total of 171 primer pairs, including 99 IPES, 17 ICMP, 47 PMSP, 6 CTM and 2 PSMP STS) primer pairs, detected polymorphic loci mapped on one or more of the four F7 RIPs.
Deleting the Hsf1 CTM domain did not attenuate virulence (CTMt), whereas further truncation of CE2 and AR2 domains (CE2t) significantly attenuated virulence, although the slow growth of this latter mutant at 37 °C probably contributed to this phenotype (Fig. 2).
