The main design features of the HCCB-DEMO blanket were: (1) CLF-1 structure materials, Be multiplier and Li4SiO4 breeder; (2) neutronic wall load is 2.3 MW/m2 and surface heat flux is 0.43 MW/m2 (2) TBR ≈ 1.15; (3) geometry of breeding units is ITER TBM-like segmentation; (4 Pressure of helium is 8 MPa and inlet/outlet temperature is 300/500 °C.
Analysis of our microarray and RT-PCR data for several known genes involved in leaf morphology such as ANGUSTIFOLIA (AN), ROT3 [40], AN3 [42], CURLY LEAF (CLF) [43], DRL [44], AS1 [45], AS2 [46] and ATHB13 [47], however, did not reveal a significant change in their expression level between the mutant and WT (Figure S2 and Table S2).
As shown in Figure 4C, FT fragments were strongly enriched in the ChIP samples from the 35S GFP CLF clf transgenic line.
Amidst the nine types of inorganic cluster that could be found in PDB, FS4, FES, SF4, F3S, CLF, and FS3 are Fe-S clusters and contain only iron and sulfur atoms.
Specifically, genomic DNA was immunoprecipitated using an antibody recognizing GFP from seedlings of a 35S GFP CLF clf transgenic line in which GFP CLF fully functions and its distribution mimics that of the endogenous CLF [48], and subsequently, the genomic DNA was quantified by real-time PCR or examined by PCR if the amounts of DNA in a ChIP sample were too low to be quantified.
These are heterodimeric cytokines composed of cardiotrophin-like cytokine (CLC) associated either with the soluble receptor subunit cytokine-like factor-1 (CLF) or the soluble form of the binding receptor itself (sCNTFR).
The swn- 7 clf- 28 mutant is sterile and was selected from the progeny of swn- 7 clf- 28/+ plants.

Further qualitative evidence of both the charge transfer and electrostatic interactions between ammonia and XY can be seen in Figure 3, where isodensity surfaces colour-coded with the electrostatic potential are plotted for H3N, ClF, and H3N⋅⋅⋅ClF.
RNA was extracted from intermediate phenotype siFIE plants (Additional file 5: Figure S1), Col, clf- 7 swn- 28 and Col using Qiagen Plant RNeasy mini kit.
