Finally, for TL strong distribution asymmetries are not as apparent in the cuboid data, although the distribution of transitions to CW differed significantly from a uniform distribution (Switch to CW: χ2 = 22.2, df = 11, p<0.05; Switch to CCW: χ2 = 5.83, df = 11, p = 0.88).
A similar distribution is apparent for SJ, but this time most significantly for the Switch to CW transitions (Switch to CW: χ2 = 186.1, df = 11, p<10−15; Switch to CCW: χ2 = 23.1, df = 11, p<0.05).
For observer FC, responses clearly occurred in higher density at particular phases of the cuboid's cycle (Switch to CW: χ2 = 62, df = 11, p<10−8; Switch to CCW: χ2 = 210.5, df = 11, p<10−15).
With lower phase mobile, five 4-MU sugar derivatives including β-d-cellobioside (Cel), β-d-glucopyranoside, α-d-mannopyranoside, β-d-fucopyranoside and α-l-fucopyranoside (α-l-Fuc) were separated with the combined rotation around each axis at counterclockwise (CCW) (ω1) – CCW (ω2) – CCW (ω3) by the flow tube distribution.

The visuo-motor rotation was 75° CCW.
In this condition a 30° CCW rotation was imposed while subjects made reaching movements to the previous target, according to the one-back requirement.
The reaching endpoints of subject B not only overshot the target distance but also rotated less than 60° in the CW direction from the visual target direction, indicating that he did not finish learning the 60° CCW visuomotor rotation completely.
After another baseline phase with a rotation of 0°, which also served as a washout phase to avoid potential carry-over effects from day 1, along with the respective pretests, a visuo-motor rotation of 75° CCW rather 75° CW was used.
The cursor was visible as during baseline practice, but the start location was colored red to cue the presence of the rotation, and an additional hand target was presented at the target amplitude of 90 mm and shifted 75° CCW relative to the cursor target.
Please note that it is possible that some of the beneficiaries within this comparison group may have been receiving treatment for other types of medical conditions (or for any of the other 12 CCW conditions), which were not a part of the current study (i.e., it is not necessarily a disease-free group).
