A middle group of four genes were rated as relatively high by the CGC application: ITK CGCC points 9.7, CGC ranking 3, manual rating 2), NFATC3 (CGC points 9.7, CGC ranking 3, manual rating 3), AARS (CGC points 9.2, CGC ranking 5, manual rating 3) and KARS (CGC points 9.2, CGC ranking 5, manual rating 3).
We considered the entire CGC as well as the subsets of genes known to be impacted by the various alteration types (CGC-SNV, CGC-CNV, CGC-TRANS, CGC-SOMATIC and CGC-GERMLINE).
